ARORA is the Arkansas non-profit organization dedicated to recovering organs, tissue and eye donations for transplantation. ARORA works with more than 70 hospitals in 64 counties throughout the state, as well as funeral homes, coroners and the state’s Office of the Medical Examiner. ARORA works to educate and influence our fellow citizens, healthcare practitioners, elected officials and others to foster a “culture of donation” in Arkansas.

Our dedicated professionals work tirelessly to facilitate organ, tissue and eye donation in Arkansas. And we’re achieving– in 2021 we recovered a record number of organs for transplantation, exceeding 300 for the first time in the organization’s history. This is an exciting time to join the state’s largest organ procurement organization.

ARORA maintains two offices in Arkansas, affording the opportunity to base out of our Central Arkansas headquarters or our Northwest Arkansas satellite office.
